A warm and comfortable 80 m2 apartment in a XIX Century building located in a delightful and quiet part of the Raval. Facing St. Llàtzer's Romanesque Church (XI Century) and a 5 minute walk to the Contemporary Art Museum (MACBA) and Las Ramblas. This apartment has a capacity for maximum 5 people.

This apartment is in the Carrer Carme (Calle Carmen in Spanish) in Barcelona's Raval district which has been recently transformed into an area where artists' studios and professionals' offices blend with the University, art galleries, specialist bookshops (art, architecture, design, etc.) and Barcelona's latest restaurants.

The apartment is very close to all the main cultural and leisure spots of the city: MACBA (Contemporary Art Museum), CCCB (Contemporary Culture Centre of Barcelona), Picasso Museum, Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter (Cathedral, Roman Archaeological remains, Roman city walls,…), Barceloneta's beaches, etc., etc.

The Apartment

With its wooden floors, beamed ceilings and antique rustic furniture, has a living-room with a delightful view to the Church.

Two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for two people. The spacious kitchen is new and fully equipped, decorated 'Mediterranean style' and opens to another big room.

Equipment

Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. It has air conditioned, TV, CD player and radio, heating and fans. Full equipped Kitchen with : Hob, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, microwave, … There is a laundrette 20 metres walk from the apartment.

Our Rates

We have two rates for this apartment. The high season which is from March 15th to October 31st, from December 23rd to January 6th, and the periods of Barcelona's large trade fairs.
