A sunny and warm 70m2 apartment in the historical center of Barcelona. Located in the heart of the city this apartment it's very lighty and bright. It's in the tipical building of more than hundred years old, recently restored, located on the corner between Carrer de la Lluna and Carrer Peu de la Creu. This apartment has a maximum capacity per 5 people.

Ramblas vacation apartment location

This apartment is in the Carrer Lluna in Barcelona's Raval district which has been recently transformed into an area where artists studios and professionals offices blend with the University, art galleries, specialist bookshops (art, architecture, design, etc.) and Barcelona's latest restaurants.

The apartment is very close to all the main cultural and leisure spots of the city: MACBA (Contemporary Art Museum), CCCB (Contemporary Culture Centre of Barcelona), Picasso Museum, Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter (Cathedral, Roman Archaeological remains, Roman city walls,…), Barceloneta's beaches, etc.

The Apartment

All the rooms of the apartment are outward-facing on to the street. Has two double rooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed. The modern kitchen is fully equiped open to a living room, and it has an spacious showeroom and a wc room.

Equipment

Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. It has TV, CD player and radio, heating and fans. Full equipped Kitchen with : Hob, oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, microwave, … and a washing machine.

Our Rates

We have two rates for this apartment. The high season which is from March 15th to October 31st, from December 23rd to January 6th. The normal season is the rest of the year. Prices are in Euros, per night, and for the entire apartment (not per person). For an exact currency conversion try here.
