Are bed linen and towels provided in the apartment?
Bed linen and towels are provided in all of our apartments. There
is no extra charge for this.
Are the prices per person or per apartment?
Prices shown are per apartment per night. Prices
vary depending on the nº of people and the season (high or
low season).
Which periods are considered High and Low season?
High season is from March the 1st to October the 30th, December
the 22nd to January the 6th and Easter. Low season is the rest
of the year.
Are there any discount for long stays?
There is a 10% discount for stays longer than 7 nights.
How much do I pay to make the booking?
20% of the total amount for your stay has to be paid in advance
by means of bank transfer to confirm your booking. You are to
pre-pay your bank's transfer fees. (We'll pay our bank's charges,
if you pay yours!). On receipt of your transfer, we will confirm
your booking and the balance due.
How and when do I pay the rest of the money?
The remaining 80% plus any of your bank's fees (if not prepaid),
to be paid on arrival at the apartment in cash.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, we require a deposit of 150 €, refunded at the end
of your stay if no damages have occurred.
Is there a minimum rental period?
No, but for less than 3 nights there is an extra charge of 36
Euros for final cleaning.
Can you provide daily cleaners?
There is an optional cleaning service available during your stay.
The price is 30 Euros/day (2 hours).
Can you provide a baby sitter?
Yes, please give us 48 hours notice. The price is 8 Euros per
hour.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 12 p.m. and check-out is 10 a.m. We can otherwise
look after luggage before 12 p.m. or after 10 a.m. but the apartment
should be vacated to allow for cleaning.
Is there an extra charge for cleaning?
There is no extra charge for cleaning. In fact there are no extra
charges at all.
How often are the apartments cleaned?
The apartments are cleaned between guests only, unless otherwise
requested. During your stay you are responsible for the cleanliness
of the apartment.
When and where will be get the keys?
The keys are given to you on arrival at the apartment. We will
be waiting for you at the apartment.
Are there extra charges for gas, electricity or water, etc.?
There are no extra charges for gas, electricity, etc.
Do I have to pay for children?
You do NOT have to pay for children under the age of 5 on the
date of arrival.
Can you provide cots and high chairs?
Yes, subject to availability, we can provide a cot and a high-chair
at no extra cost. Please contact us to discuss your requirements
before booking.
Is it possible to rent a mobile phone during my stay?
Yes it is. It is possible to recharge it with your credit card
and the cost of renting per week is 20€.
What is your cancelation policy?
Below you will find our Cancellation Policy that follows the guidelines of the Catalan Department of Commerce and Tourism (Generalitat de Catalunya 23 marzo 1994, núm. 1876/1994 [pág. 2051]).
Keep in mind that we would try to book the apartment for the dates you have chosen, and refund you in full for the dates that we are able to reserve again with another customer.
1. If a client cancels more than 30 days prior to their arrival date, the cancellation charge will be 5% of the Down Payment amount.
2. If a client cancels between 30 - 7 days prior to their arrival date, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the Down Payment amount.
3. If a client cancels less than 7 days prior to their arrival date, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the Down Payment amount. |
