Established in 2000, on the site of one of Barcelona's first butter-making factories, Formatgeria la Seu offers you a selection of the very best Spanish farm cheese. All our cheeses are hand picked by Katherine McLaughlin, the shop's founder and proprietor. Katherine's passion for cheese has taken her all over rural Spain, visiting farms and getting to know traditional cheese makers.
Katherine's aim is to promote the enormous variety and flavours available. "We carefully select and care for each cheese in optimium conditions. We hope our shop helps to assure the future of Spanish farm cheese".
