Very bright, stylishly refurbished apartment, where much emphasis was placed on the interplay of old and new. The ancient mosaic floors and beamed ceilings have been preserved, however, new wooden windows with double glazing, a modern bathroom and a  kitchen open to the livingroom where incorporated. The apartment for two people is located directly behind Plaza St. Jaume at a charming little square, so there is a beautiful view from the two small balconies into the town alleys. Many important sights are within just a few minutes on foot the Cathedral, Picasso Museum, Las Ramblas, Boqueriamarket, Park de la Ciutadella...
Through the two large windows, the apartment is flooded with light. On the two small balconies you can enjoy the morning sunshine having a cup of coffee or in the evening enjoy a glass of wine while you are watching the bustle on the square and surrounding streets. It is located in the 3rd Floor without a lift.
