Apartment with one room by Plaza Real and Las Ramblas. It has a private terrace one floor upper. There is  one room with two beds, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a dinning-living room with a sofa bed. From the private roof terrace, you can enjoy of the views of the city, an specially the Gothic Quarter. The building is more than 100 years old and it has been restored keeping the charm of the ceilings with wooden beams.
The apartment is in the middle of the Gothic Quarter, half block away from a Plaza Real and one minute walking from Las Ramblas. From this point you can visit walking all the main touristic points in the city center, like the Cathedral, the Gothic Quarter, the Port, Las Ramblas or the shopping area. In the area you can find all kind of restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

Surroundings
The Gothic Quarter, is one of the best preserved medieval sets in Europe, placed in the historic centre of the city, between the Ramblas and Vía Laietana street. The beginning of Barcelona is among these ancient streets that still keep the aroma of older times. In fact, there are still remains of what once was the city wall and the Roman town (in the Museum of History of Barcelona). The cathedral, its cloister, the Plaza del Rey, the Plaza de Sant Iu, and the Plaza de Sant Just squares are places that breathe history. The quarter is formed by tiny stoned pedestrian alleys and small terraces, traditional stores, and night spots (around the Plaza Real square). Also part of the neighbourhood is the famous and crowded Rambla, a walk that is still the most popular one in the city.
