Apartment located on the second floor on Bellafila street, in the heart of the Gótico quarter, in a seventeenth century building. Restored in and outside, it is very close to San Jaume square and next to the gothic church of Sant Just square. Very spacious apartment of 100 m2 located in a fine building of the Gótico quarter on a very peaceful alley and just in the heart of the city.

The living room is large, comfortable and sunny with two balconies facing Bellafila street. It is entirely exterior, with parquet on all floors and beams visible in all the apartment. The fully equipped open kitchen is open to the dining room which has a sofa bed for two people.

All rooms are exterior, two of them with double beds and two with single beds, all of them with their wardrobes. There are two fully equipped bathrooms, one with a bath tub and the other with a shower.

Surroundings
The Gótico quarter (Barrio Gótico), is one of the best preserved medieval sets of Europe, placed in the historic centre of the city, between the Ramblas and Vía Laietana street. The beginning of Barcelona is among these ancient streets that still keep the aroma of older times. In fact, there are still remains of what once was the city wall and the Roman town (in the Museum of History of Barcelona). The cathedral, its cloister, the Plaza del Rey, the Plaza de Sant Iu, and the Plaza de Sant Just squares are places that breathe history. The quarter is formed by tiny stoned pedestrian alleys and small terraces, traditional stores, and night spots (around the Plaza Real square). Also part of the neighbourhood is the famous and crowded Rambla, a walk that is still the most popular one in the city.
