It is placed on one of the most typical pedestrian streets of the popular quarter of the Born, with plenty of restaurants, stores and fashion shops.

This apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings, visible beams, and parquet on all floors, with a very modern and warm touch. The kitchen and the bathroom have walls with Venetian stucco. All rooms are exterior, with 5 balconies that face Esparteria and Vidriera streets, making it a very sunny and cheerful apartment.

The apartment has two bedrooms with balcony, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds; one of the rooms has a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is fully equipped, with shower.

Surroundings
The Born quarter (or Ribera), is one of the areas of Barcelona that has gone through more transformations: from being a poor and gloomy place in the seventies, it started in the eighties to have some of the most emblematic stores in the times of the bohemian Barcelona, to finally have since the nineties an unstoppable transformation, being nowadays one of the most exclusive places of the city. Around the impressive gothic church of Santa María del Mar, the Ribera neighbourhood is situated; in front of the church there is a small square, and on its sides alleys full of work-shops, galleries, and fine restaurants run. We can also find next to the church Montcada street, which happened to be the most noble one of Barcelona; it is perfectly preserved, and now has plenty of museums and other institutions of the kind. On the other side of the church of Santa María del Mar the Passeig del Born walk starts, a short Rambla very cosy with its old streets full of all sort of restaurants and trendy shops. It is indeed a very nice area to walk and get lost, but it must be taken into account that all this transformation has quite damaged the traditional lifestyle of the neighbourhood, being as it is now very commercial and rapidly losing its identity.
The Ciutadella park, with its Mediterranean vegetation, preserves the local environment much better; the streets between Sant Pere mes Baix and Sant Pere mes Alt streets still breathe the most popular atmosphere of the quarter. At the end of these streets the modernistic building of the Palau de la Mùsica stands, a spectacular concert hall due to its astonishing ornamentation and its musical programming of all kinds.
