Very large and luminous apartment located on Lluna street, in the historic centre of the city. It is part of a typical nineteenth century building very well preserved. It has a fine orientation which makes it especially sunny all the day long. Recently restored, it contains furniture designed deliberately for the apartment. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room, building up the whole atmosphere with furniture made for the occasion. The stripping wooden beams, the antique doors and floors combined with the furnishing give the apartment a classic and at the same time cosmopolitan look.

All the apartment is exterior with balconies in all rooms. The main bedroom has a double bed with a large window and a wide balcony shared with the living room. The other bedroom has two single beds with its wardrobe and a balcony. The bathroom is particularly spacious, with a large bath tub and two wash basins. The toilet is in a separate room. Surroundings
The Raval quarter is located between the left side of the Eixample and the Gótico quarters. It is one of the quarters with more changes in the last years, going from a very popular neighbourhood to a dynamic area where restorers, designers, architects and artists have chosen it a place to settle, making the quarter one of the most dynamic, trendy and multi-ethnical ones of the city, yet without losing its popular charm.

The Museum of Contemporary Art (MACBA), the Centre of Contemporary Culture (CCCB), and the Universities have eased the change of a marginal area to a cosmopolitan one, becoming a reference for all the city.

In the Raval the old and the modern blend naturally; for this we can see how the neighbourhood enjoys all type of facilities, from the most modern ones to the lifelong stores –the great markets of the Boquería or Sant Antoni. Therefore, the traditional, the modern, and the alternative coexist in this quarter in permanent evolution.

We must also point out the Rambla del Raval, a spacious and sunny place where every Saturday a handicraft fare takes place.
