Exclusive 55sqm apartment in the heart of the Gothic area, located close to the old medieval city gates in a typical and quiet street, with room for 2 people. Stylish rustic decoration with exposed brick walls and wood beam ceiling, just like the original typical Catalan buildings had centuries ago. Living room with comfortable sofa, coffee table and a dining table and chairs. There are 3 balconies overlooking the street below. Area very well taken care of by the city council as it is a heritage of the historical architecture of Barcelona. Has one bedroom with double bed and access to a balcony and one bathroom modern bathroom, which shower, sink and toilet. Fully equipped kitchennette with diswhasher and the utensils you need to cook during your stay.

Surroundings
The Gothic quarter, is one of the best preserved medieval sets of Europe, placed in the historic centre of the city, between the Ramblas and Vía Laietana street. The beginning of Barcelona is among these ancient streets that still keep the aroma of older times. In fact, there are still remains of what once was the city wall and the Roman town (in the Museum of History of Barcelona). The cathedral, its cloister, the Plaza del Rey, the Plaza de Sant Iu, and the Plaza de Sant Just squares are places that breathe history. The quarter is formed by tiny stoned pedestrian alleys and small terraces, traditional stores, and night spots (around the Plaza Real square). Also part of the neighbourhood is the famous and crowded Rambla, a walk that is still the most popular one in the city.
