Homely 55 metres loft in the Born quarter of Barcelona. A single space which can be divided in two parts and thus comfortably host four people. Located in a historical building, next to one of the most charismatic squares of the old part of Barcelona.
Born Quarter
Sant Agustí Vell square is the union of some of the most characteristic streets of old Barcelona: Calders, Basses de St. Pere, Tantarantana and Portal Nou. This last street shows a group of six buildings under which a long porch is placed, built in the XVIth. century and considered as a historical monument of the city.
An ideal starting point if you wish to visit the most tradicional of the city: 10 min. walk from the Cathedral and the very centre, close to Sta. Mª del Mar church and Picasso Museum. Also perfect to start a route through Barcelona's most modern shops and restaurants, concentrated along Passeig del Born.
The apartment
Single-spaced third floor, with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is a possibility to divide the space into two separate parts, if more intimacy is needed in case of being two couples or even to separate a space for children.
Equipment
Bedclothes, pillows, blankets and towels are included. Also TV, DVD, heaters and ventilation are available. Kitchen is equipped with oven, express coffe machina, toaster, microwave oven, milk shaker, fridge and washing machine (if needed, a terrace can be used to hang wet clothes).
Our Rates
We
have two rates for this apartment. The high season which is from
March 15th to October 31st, from December 23rd to January 6th,
and the periods of Barcelona's large trade fairs. The normal season
is the rest of the year. Prices are in Euros, per night, and for
the entire apartment (not per person).
