Minimum stay 3 nights.
20% of the total rental, along with any bank charges
charged by your bank, to be paid in advance by means of
bank transfer. (We'll pay our bank's charges, if you pay
yours!). On receipt of your transfer, we will confirm
your booking and the balance due. The remaining 80%, to
be paid on arrival at the apartment in cash, plus a deposit
of €150.00. The deposit is refunded at the end of
your stay if no damages have occurred.
