Located in the Vila Olimpica, a new district constructed for the 1992 Barcelona Olimpic Games, the 65 m2 apartment has great natural light as well as spectacular views towards the port and Mediterranean Ocean.

The Vila Olimpica area is a privileged quarter of the city: located by the sea and Barcelona's new beaches and close to the historical city center with Las Ramblas, Plaza Real, Santa Maria del Mar, the Born Quarter, Picasso Museum etc..

The apartment

Comfortable and light fifth apartment floor with elevator, this apartment has a great living room with views to the sea and to the Port Olimpic, two comfortable double rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an additional sofa-bed in the living room.

Equipment

Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. It has colour TV and radio, heating and electric fan. The kitchen has oven, hob, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, etc., as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Our Rates

High season rates for the following periods: from March the 15th to October the 31st, from December 23rd to January 6th, and the periods of Barcelona's large trade fairs. Normal season rates are for the rest of the year. Prices are in Euros, per night, and for the entire apartment (not per person).
